Jan 2015 (Updates so far)

• share certificates distribution going on in full swing

• Leakage of all down pipes changed in Towers.

• Lobby lights in ABCD WINGS replaced by LED LIGHTS CONSUMING  JUST 14 watts instead of 64 watts.

• car parking allotments completed of 19 slots allotted to members. Interest to society 25333/ per month.

• parking allotted for visitors IN ABCD & 2 in EFG WINGS.

• all toilet for servants in working condition.

• open space created for kids between - A & B wings 6 cars allotted parking in front of ABCD WINGS

• baskets & net for basketball & Badminton to be installed in that area on Wednesday.

• CCTV WIRING COMPLETED AT MAIN GATE. MONITORS WILL START FUNCTIONING FROM MONDAY. Next will be club house.

• refuge areas cleared of debris. All refuge areas will be locked with the keys in the key box near the door.

• club hse minor repairs like door change, windows repair, locks repaired etc to start.

• cost cutting in office staff saving appox 1,92,000/ of our money.

• service contract with Otis as upto now we do not have a contract only working on the quotations.

•  I & J forms ready as is mandatory for hsg societies.Amc

• AMC for hydraulic parking given.

• garbage bags vendor changed saving of ------- by society.

• New CARROM boards with spot lights installed in club hse.

• Biometrics for attendance installed in the main gate.

• cats eye installed in the entire bldg for car parking.

• Repairs of Stack Parking making ___ parking into working conditions

• Tree Trimming for monkey  menace

• Swimming  pool net permanent solution by trimming tree

• Solution for uniform grills ensuring safety of kids and against Monkey  menace

• Collection of Rs. _____ from defaults list by making it public to all 7 wings

• Attendance machine

• Painting of benches and sit outs etc.

Work to begin:

• Demarcation for bikes & scooters.

• club house leakage & indoor painting to begin soon.

• non working Water meters since 5 years to be replaced with new digital meters to ensure we pay for what we use.

• 300 ft Borewell to be dug to ensure ample water in summer.

• 11 new hydraulic parking to be made.

• Society office to be made behind club house.

• all halogens to be replaced by LED to save power.

• fire extinguisher at regular intervals to be put on top floors.

• Two cane chairs have been introduced onto the poolside (no expense)

• HP Printer fixed and reinstated in the office (previously dumped) (approx cost 20k) (no expense on reinstating)

• Fixed Deposits Scanned and filled online (for office use)

• Tree branches allowing Monkeys to climb over to the building trimmed.

• Parking lines re drawn fresh. (most of the work was free labour only material cost)

• Janta Durbar - Online and Offline (in test stage)

• Hydralic Parking has been made active

• Uniformed Parking at the Front Road

• The forms system in society has been improved. Fresh digital forms available

OCT 2014

• Storerooms Checked and inventory taken

• Club house Switches repaired for the Pumps

• Club house pumps have been serviced

• Road sign is done outside the enterance

• Plants and trees removed from building walls where observed.

• Swim pool Tree is trimmed so no leaves fall inside

• The Road Stretch from the main gate has been fixed so that cars can be parked in an orderly fashion

• The Club House Air Conditioning is working in all rooms

• The Lifts have been fixed in B wing and E wing

• The benches have been painted fresh

• Hydralics are now operational.

• Overhead Tanks Cleaned

• Spetic Tanks Cleaned

• Ekta Facebook made active for society affairs

• Ekta Drive created for Society files and online correspondance.
